Data collected
We collect the following data through our forms:
- Valuation form: property type, address, surface, rooms, condition, first name, last name, email, telephone, optional comment.
- Contact form: name, email, telephone, subject, message.
- Functional cookies: no advertising tracking cookies are used. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
Purposes of processing
- Respond to your requests for information or valuation.
- Send you, at your request, personalised reports.
- Offer you, with your consent, properties matching your criteria.
- Improve the quality of our services and our website.
Legal basis and retention period
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a) or the performance of a pre-contractual mission (Article 6.1.b). Retention: 3 years after last active contact, or until your deletion request. Emails relating to signed mandates are kept for 5 years under legal obligations.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the ACMA Immobilier team and our technical subcontractors:
- Resend (transactional email delivery) — Resend Inc., Delaware, United States. Data: email, first name, last name.
- Vercel (hosting) — Vercel Inc., California, United States. Data: server IP, technical logs.
- AdLead (CRM) — only if you have requested commercial follow-up. Data: first name, last name, email, telephone, project.
No transfer outside the EU is carried out without standard contractual clauses compliant with GDPR.
Your rights
Pursuant to GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@acmaimmobilier.com, providing proof of identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL: cnil.fr.
